Awesome news! Delta Airlines finally contacted me back and they've waived the $200 fee for canceling our trip in August, due to Hurricane Dean. Man, what a headache that's been. Never, ever book a trip to the Caribbean at the peak of hurricane season. Now we can take our trip, worry free, before the end of the year. Hooray! Writing mean letters do work, thanks Jessica!
