As some of you may know, I've been in and out of hospitals like a mad woman this year. It has not been fun, I guarantee it! I'm tired of hospitals. They do a great job and all, but how many times does a person need to be pricked and prodded. For real now, I just want to be healthy again!

This last week I had outpatient surgery and it went as planned. Nothing was removed that wasn't planned to be removed and I'm recovering quite well. We were really nervous about how my knee would react with constant laying in bed and not a lot of motion, but it faired pretty well. I'm anxious to get back on the bike to get it moving again, but all in due time.
