Printer Difficulties

I was ready to print out all the information the agency sent over. Most of everything printed but the ink ran out. Luckily, I had a spare. I replaced the ink but it does not work. I've tried pretty much everything support I found online told me to do and still nothing prints. I feel like pulling my hair out!
